I published my first story when I was fourteen.

Writing is my passion, but I have a day job that has to do with books, too.

I have a Master’s degree in Young Adult literature. It never came in useful at my job, but it inspired me to start writing for young adults.

I prefer shorter novels to long ones.

I haven’t read Anna Karenina. I feel guilty about this.

I like the simple things in life – a glass of good wine, homecooked meal, the company of fun people, good TV shows. I only wish for more free time.
